Use above photos & steps below to create the gift topper.
- Print out words and cut strips of paper.
- Use double sided tape to adhere the text to the paper strips.
- Using a craft knife, cut out the tops and sides of each letter. Don't cut out the bottom edges.
- Pop letters up from strip, folding along the bottom edge.
- Cut the strips at varying lengths and bend them into circles.
- Use double sided tape to attach completed circles.
