If you are in the "Handmade to Sell" business then Paper-Ya is your go to place for that extra special something.

Owning and operating and especially growing your "handmade to sell" business is challenging and we can help you stand out at the fair!

Three very valuable skills to have are Hand Lettering, Screen Printing and Letterpress. All beautiful art forms in themselves. Enterprising crafters enjoy packaging and promoting their handmade products and understand the need of adding that special touch.

You never know what you will find at Paper-Ya that you did not know you needed!

Busy hands are happy hands! Relish hours of quiet enjoyment during your family summer holiday.

A simple piece of origami paper is probably one of the easiest and lightest things to carry wherever you find yourselves this summer. Suggest the kids write a thank you letter to their Grandparents and send it by snail mail. The kids can even use their own postal kit as seen here.

Make cards and art with our stamp sets or build a little toy car with the cousins and new friends. These great memories will soon have you forget that you have all spent several hot hours in the car. No scissors and happy children make for a safe and fun road trip!

The Surrealist artist Rene Magritte created thought provoking works that will be exhibited this Winter in NYC at the MoMA. This summer visit Paper-Ya if you wish a preview!

Magritte constantly gave new meanings to familiar things and challenged our notion of perceived reality.

Magritte's art depicts reality in a witty yet with a slightly disturbing twist. The feet are crafted from the 1937 original oil painting "The Red Boot." We thought these boot feet would make amazing candleholders! The man with the apple is an intriguing object from the 1946 self-portrait painting "Son of Man." Magritte's very famous painting entitled "The Treachery of Images" reminds us that "Ceci n'est pas une pipe" ("This is not a pipe") which seems a contradiction, but of course is true, the painting is not a pipe! Which reminds me of the old saying "Put that in your pipe and smoke it."

Celebrate all the Moms in your life on Sunday the 12th of May.

There are countless things we can give to the amazing women whom are our Moms. But the most important gift that we can give is our heart felt words of love and appreciation expressed in a hand written Mothers Day card.

The second best thing we can give to our Moms is something that is just for her!

A little something different, a little something special, just for Mom
